Sunday with Quiet Presence, Community and Coffee
On Sunday, August 3rd, join fellow Old Pueblo Tai Chi members for a 30-minute group meditation at the peaceful Sol Center in Tucson. This session will be hosted by Dan Kimball, substituting for Sol Center Director Natasha Korshak.
> 🧘 Please note: This meditation is not guided. There will be no verbal instruction or talking during the sit. Instead, you are invited to sit in shared silence — cultivating presence, inner stillness, and mindfulness in a supportive community atmosphere.

This meetup event supports the YogaCan™ program — there is no cost to attend, just bring one canned food item (only cans accepted) as your offering to the Community Food Bank.

💬 Why Join?
As students of Tai Chi, we train the body to be soft and strong, the breath to be calm and deep, and the mind to be centered and focused. Meditation is the stillness that nourishes these moving principles.
When we sit in quiet awareness:
🧘 We strengthen the mind-body connection.
🌫 We release tension — which improves posture and sensitivity to our breathing.
💨 We deepen breath awareness — making our Tai Chi practice smoother, more present, and more powerful.
Whether you're curious about meditation or deepening your existing practice, sitting with others can reignite your connection to what truly matters. This
