🌄 Old Pueblo Tai Chi Now at Culture Connects Studio
We are thrilled to announce a new chapter for Old Pueblo Tai Chi:
Starting Saturday, October 4th, 2025, we are adding a class, that will be held every Saturday from 8:00–9:00 a.m. at Culture Connects Studio in Tucson!
A moving meditation that cultivates calm and clarity.
A wellness practice that supports balance, flexibility, and vitality.
A path of mindfulness that connects body, breath, and spirit.
Alongside Tai Chi, we also practice Qigong, an ancient Chinese system of gentle, breath-centered exercises that nourish life energy (Qi).
Together, these practices bring harmony to the body and mind — making them accessible, powerful tools for health and well-being at any age or fitness level.
What You’ll Experience
Each class is designed to be approachable for beginners while still offering depth for experienced practitioners. No prior experience is required.
Here’s what a typical Saturday morning looks like:
Gentle Stretching (10 min) – Simple warm-ups to open joints and release tension.
Standing Meditation (5 min) – A grounding pause to center the mind and calm the nervous system.
Qigong (20 min) – Flowing, breath-guided movements to cultivate energy and improve circulation.
Tai Chi Practice (20 min) – Step-by-step instruction in Wudang-inspired Tai Chi, emphasizing balance, focus, and relaxation.
Closing Relaxation (5 min) – A mindful cooldown to integrate the practice and carry into your day.
